John’s Path

At our cabin in Northwestern Ontario, my husband has created a woodland path along the edges of "our" lake. The path goes along the ridge of the lakeshore with woods, tall cliffs and lots of moss in shades of pale green to white - and rust red in the fall. We like to joke that he could extend the path all the way to the Arctic Circle without going through any towns or development. Canada's North is still truly wild country!
